How do you grade the quality of your vintage clothing?
We follow a strict grading system. Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major holes or stains. Grade B items may show signs of wear such as minor marks or small repairs, which are common in authentic vintage stock.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, to maintain wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $250 or a specific weight requirement depending on the category. This allows us to provide the best possible rates for resellers.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, domestic shipping takes 2-4 days, while international shipping can take 7-14 days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Can I return items if I am not satisfied?
As we sell wholesale stock, all sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in the grading or a shortage in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
Are all items laundered before shipping?
While we hand-pick and grade our stock, we recommend that all customers launder or dry clean items before resale. Vintage clothing has often been in storage and may require a standard refresh.
Do you offer hand-picking services?
Currently, we operate primarily through curated bulk bales and mystery boxes to ensure efficiency. However, we do offer video hand-pick appointments for high-value premium categories for established clients.
