At Boom Vintage Wholesale, we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet our grading standards or arrive with undisclosed damage. Please note that as a wholesale supplier, we cannot accept returns for minor wear consistent with vintage clothing or simple changes of mind.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the items in question.
Review and Approval
Our quality control team will review your claim against our grading criteria and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the criteria are met.
Secure Packaging
Pack the approved items securely in their original condition and include the RMA slip inside the package to ensure accurate processing.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
